Insurance
Pay-and-claim-back, step by step

- 2
You pay the clinic directly
Treatment is direct pay. You settle with the clinic by card or bank transfer.
- 3
We provide an itemised invoice
You receive a full itemised invoice and any medical documentation your insurer needs.
- 4
You claim from your insurer
You submit the invoice and documentation to your international insurer.
- 5
Your insurer reimburses you
Reimbursement is according to your policy. Cover for overseas private treatment varies and is never guaranteed, so check the specifics with your insurer first.

Frequently asked questions
How much does treatment cost for international patients?
It depends on the procedure and your individual assessment, so we confirm a personalised, itemised quote rather than quoting a single figure. Start with a discovery call to talk it through.
What does “pay-and-claim-back” mean?
Treatment is direct pay: you settle with the clinic, then claim reimbursement from your own insurer using an itemised invoice. From the clinic’s side it is equivalent to self-pay, which keeps the pathway simple.
Which currency do you charge in?
All quotes and payments are in pounds sterling (GBP). Your bank handles the conversion from your home currency at the point of payment.
Will my insurer reimburse UK private treatment?
Cover for overseas private treatment varies by policy and country and is not guaranteed. We can provide the itemised invoice and documentation you need, but you should confirm what your insurer covers before you travel.
